This page explains how Peptide Thai handles damaged, incorrect, cancelled, and completed domestic Thailand orders.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with the order details and clear photos where relevant. Support will review the case and provide the next step.
Opened products
Opened products cannot be returned because product handling, storage, and chain-of-custody requirements cannot be verified after delivery.
Cancellations before dispatch
Orders can be reviewed for cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed to a courier, cancellation options may be limited.
Payment and delivery support
If payment status, network selection, tracking, or delivery timing is unclear, contact support before sending a second payment or placing a duplicate order.
