Same-day delivery is available for orders within Bangkok and Pattaya. Standard delivery across Thailand usually takes 2-3 business days, and express delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Peptide Thai accepts cryptocurrency payments including USDT on TRC20 and ERC20, plus Ethereum where available at checkout.
What quality information should I review?

Do you ship outside Thailand?
Peptide Thai currently fulfills domestic orders within Thailand only.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored cold, away from direct light. Once reconstituted, peptides should remain refrigerated and handled according to the product-specific guidance.
What is your return policy?
Due to product handling and quality-control requirements, opened products cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
How long can reconstituted peptides be used?
After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be kept refrigerated and used within about 3-4 weeks, following the product-specific guidance on the listing.
Do you supply bacteriostatic water or syringes?
Most five-vial peptide kits in the catalog, including Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, BPC-157, TB-500 and Ipamorelin, include a sealed 11ml vial of bacteriostatic diluent. Single-vial listings such as Semax, Selank, CJC-1295, Sermorelin and KPV ship without diluent. Syringes are not supplied.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is dispatched, the tracking number is added to the order page in your Peptide Thai account so the parcel can be followed on the courier website.
